GEMS ATHLETICSPRIVATE LESSONS

Private lessons are available for Gems Athletics members and non-members. They are valuable to athletes in cheer, gymnastics, dance or those just wanting to learn tumbling.

Some athletes need more time and instruction to improve or conquer their skills. We offer private lessons for those wanting or needing one on one time to continue working on tumbling skills in a safe environment while receiving one-on-one instruction.

Private lessons are helpful in improving overall strength, body control, and the technique needed for these skills. In addition, private lessons will help your child reach their tumbling goals faster.
