Looking for Summer Training?
We highly recommend athletes take a tumbling class to stay in top form!

Prep & Novice Cheer runs from mid-September to April, with additional training options available during the Spring and Summer months. Our Prep Teams focus on local competitions and also showcase their routine at our GEMS Showcase in November or December.

This program is an ideal choice for families and athletes who want to experience All-Star cheer without committing to a full year. Along with making new friends and acquiring new skills, athletes will work on tumbling, stunting, dancing, and jumps.
