Perfect for beginners or athletes new to tumbling
In our Level 1 Tumbling class, athletes will build a strong foundation of basic tumbling technique, body control, and confidence. This level focuses on essential beginner skills that are critical for long-term success in cheerleading.
Skills athletes will work on include:
Forward and backward rolls
Cartwheels and one-handed cartwheels
Handstands and bridges
Backbend kickovers
Front and back walkovers (with proper technique)
Jumps to rebound
Introduction to round-offs

Body positioning and alignment
Core strength and flexibility
Safe progressions and mental confidence
Bridging the gap between beginner and back handspring readiness
Level 1.5 is designed for athletes who have mastered their walkovers and are beginning to work on skills that build toward back handsprings. This class is a great stepping stone before advancing to full Level 2 tumbling.

This level is ideal for athletes who are confident with walkovers and are preparing for handspring-level skills in a safe and supportive environment.
Building strong back handsprings and connecting skills
Level 2 Tumbling focuses on developing clean, powerful back handsprings and connecting them with round-offs and other skills. Athletes will begin to build tumbling passes and improve body control for more advanced skills.

This level is ideal for athletes who have a strong foundation in walkovers and are ready to safely perform and connect back handsprings.
Introducing flipping skills and combining power passes
In Level 3 Tumbling, athletes work on flipping skills such as back tucks, both standing and running, while continuing to develop power and form in connected passes. Precision, strength, and aerial awareness are emphasized.

Level 3 is for athletes with solid back handspring technique who are ready to safely progress into flipping skills with proper technique.
Mastering layouts and combination passes
Level 4 Tumbling is designed for athletes working on layout technique and more advanced specialty passes. This level requires strength, control, and the ability to connect multiple advanced skills in sequence.

Level 4 athletes must already have consistent, clean back tucks and be working confidently toward layouts and dynamic specialty passes.
Elite tumbling for advanced athletes working twisting and double flipping skills
Level 5 and 6 Tumbling classes are designed for highly experienced athletes who have mastered layouts and are progressing into fulls, doubles, and elite-level specialty passes. These levels focus on precision, speed, and aerial control while reinforcing clean technique and safety.
